Client Experience Associate

Job Brief:

    •    Assisting clients with travel inquiries, bookings, and reservations

    •    Providing timely, friendly, and professional responses via phone, email, or text

    •    Managing scheduling requests and coordinating travel arrangements

    •    Keeping detailed and accurate client records

    •    Ensuring every client interaction leaves a positive, lasting impression
