What You'll Do

As a Client Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing case information, reviewing documentation, and ensuring records are processed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Process cases through client and regulatory portals
• Review and verify eligibility and case information
• Prepare, enter, and track data with a high degree of accuracy
• Retrieve medical records from external sources and upload them into internal systems
• Ensure medical records and supporting documentation are complete and accurate
• Respond to client inquiries regarding case status, reports, and general questions
• Coordinate with physicians and healthcare professionals to assign cases
• Maintain ongoing communication regarding report status and workflow updates
• Document actions and update databases as required
• Adhere to HIPAA, CMS guidelines, and company compliance standards

Qualifications

Required

• 2+ years of patient access, healthcare administration, medical office, or related healthcare experience
• Strong data entry and computer skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Excellent written and professional email communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to read and interpret medical records, correspondence, and documentation
• Ability to learn new systems quickly
• Reliable internet connection and private home workspace
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred

• Experience reviewing eligibility information
• Salesforce experience
• Independent Dispute Resolution (IDR) experience
• Contract review or document auditing experience
• Healthcare claims or insurance-related experience

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Houston, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
