What You’ll Do

Welcome clients and patients with professionalism and compassion

Answer phones and coordinate incoming emergency cases

Check in patients and obtain accurate client and patient information

Process payments and maintain accurate records

Communicate with doctors, technicians, and clients throughout the visit

Manage multiple priorities while maintaining a calm, organized front desk

Support the Client Care team in delivering an exceptional client experience

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
2+ years of customer service experience 
Strong computer, communication, and multitasking skills
Reliability, punctuality, and follow-through
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and remain on your feet throughout the shift
Ability to navigate difficult conversations with patience and professionalism
Veterinary experience is a plus, but not required

Schedule

Day, evening, overnight, opportunities available
Weekend availability required
Full-time position
