Your Day-to-Day
Your responsibilities will include:
- Connecting with clients who have requested information
- Scheduling virtual appointments
- Conducting benefit consultations through Zoom
- Identifying client needs
- Clearly explaining available options
- Assisting clients with enrollment
- Following up and providing ongoing service
- Maintaining organized digital records
- Participating in team meetings and professional development
