Position

The Client Advisor is a Brand Ambassador who embodies the Moncler Client Promise and represents the Brand’s values in every interaction. Reporting to the Client Advisor Manager or Store Manager, the Client Advisor delivers exceptional luxury experiences by creating a welcoming environment, understanding each client’s needs, cultivating long-term relationships, and contributing to individual and store performance goals.

Client

• Welcome every client and deliver an exceptional luxury experience consistent with the Moncler Client Promise and Client Experience standards.
• Build long-term client relationships through personalized service, meaningful engagement, and active clienteling.
• Understand and anticipate client needs and recommend products and services that enhance the overall experience.
• Develop new client relationships while strengthening existing relationships through proactive outreach and follow-up using approved clienteling tools.
• When applicable, utilize bilingual or multilingual communication skills to support an international client base and provide a seamless luxury experience.

Business

• Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators, including ADT, UPT, data capture, repurchase rate, conversion, and other business metrics.
• Monitor individual performance and proactively adjust selling strategies to maximize results while maintaining an exceptional client experience.
• Maintain expert knowledge of Moncler collections, products, services, seasonal initiatives, and brand heritage.
• Support the achievement of store sales, profitability, and performance objectives.
• Remain informed of current business priorities, promotions, and product availability.

Operations

• Follow all Company policies, operational procedures, loss prevention protocols, and compliance standards.
• Accurately process sales transactions, special orders, omnichannel services, repairs, charge sends, holds, and after-sales requests.
• Support inventory preparation, cycle counts, stock organization, and annual physical inventories, as required.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor reflects Moncler’s brand expectations.
• Maintain store organization, cleanliness, and operational excellence throughout the day.
• Protect confidential Company and client information.
• Uphold Moncler’s standards of grooming, professionalism, integrity, and conduct.
• Adapt to changing business priorities while maintaining a client-first mindset.
• Perform additional responsibilities and projects as assigned to support business needs.

Qualifications

Work Experience

• Minimum of two years of luxury retail, premium retail, hospitality, or other client-focused experience.
• Experience serving international or multilingual clientele is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals while delivering exceptional client experiences.

Compensation & Benefits 

The pay range for this position is $20.00 to $22.00 per hour. In addition to the hourly rate, this position is eligible to earn a quarterly incentive.

In addition to competitive pay and commission eligibility, the hired candidate will be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage; short- and long-term disability; paid parental leave; seven paid holidays; up to 10 days of paid vacation; four personal days; employee discounts; and a retirement plan with employer contribution.

Where required by applicable law, Moncler provides a reasonable estimate of the hourly rate range for this position. This range reflects the Company’s good-faith estimate at the time of posting and may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, business needs, experience, skills, and qualifications. For roles where pay disclosure is not required, compensation will be determined based on the same factors and discussed during the hiring process.
