Clerk, Warehouse (Temp)

Job Description

Responsible for issuing materials, shipping, receiving, and data entry in the inventory control systems.

1. Effectively process packing lists 
2. Maintain materials stock
3. Operate the materials module of the MRP system
4. Monitor inventory to fulfill internal customer orders
5. Perform cycle counts
6. Comply with applicable Laws and Regulations, adhere to Quality Management System processes and requirements as well as demonstrate Ethics and Integrity in all matters and at all levels throughout the organization
7. Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

1. Experience in shipping and/or medical device industry
2. Experience interfacing with Customer Service departments
3. Focus on outstanding customer satisfaction
4. Excellent communication skills, very personable, good phone etiquette
5. Computer experience in Excel, Word, and Outlook

Desired Qualifications

1. MRP system experience
2. Multi-tasking ability
3. Sensitive to prompt completion of tasks
4. Ability to read and interpret packing lists and invoices
5. Familiarity with international documentation and distribution
6. Experience with MRP/Inventory Management system preferred

Physical

1. Extended periods of phone and computer use
2. Extended periods of standing
3. Moderate lifting, up to 50 lbs.

$17.85/hr - $20.00/hr Financial compensation packages may be higher/lower than what is listed, & will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, internal equity, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
