The clerk serves as the primary contact for the school site, welcoming visitors and directing them to appropriate staff. They perform routine clerical duties, maintain student and staff records, and process various forms and reports.

Purpose and Scope
Serves as primary contact for staff, students, parents and the public at the fall break school site. Welcomes and assists everyone who enters the fall school site and directs them to the appropriate staff. Supports the fall school site by performing general office and routine clerical duties.
Essential Job Functions
Minimum Qualifications
Graduation from High School or GED. Two (2) years of clerical experience preferred.
The following special conditions are required: Commitment for the entire period of fall break. Attendance at ALL periodic administrative meetings. Availability prior to the end of the regular school assignment to participate in fall school setup and preparation. Availability for fall school closeout.
