Clerical Assistant-Administration & Development (FWS Only), SF5CAADDVRESDV (FA26)
Student Worker Eligibility:
Must be enrolled in at least 6 credit hours for Fall/Spring semester or 1 credit hour for Summer semester.
Cumulative GPA of 2.0 or above. If a first semester student, GPA requirement is waived.
If a Student qualifies for Federal Work Study, the Student will be hired as a Federal Work Study employee to utilize these funds.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide clerical support to COD Institutional Advancement staff.
Qualifications:
- Education
- THIS IS A STUDENT JOB.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be enrolled in at least 6 credit hours for Fall/Spring semester or 1 credit hour for Summer semester.
- Cumulative GPA of 2.0 or above.
- If a first semester student, GPA requirement is waived.
- If a Student qualifies for Federal Work Study, the Student will be hired as a Federal Work Study employee to utilize these funds.
- Experience
- Excellent phone and interpersonal skills required.
- Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written required.
- Ability to handle confidential material required.
- Good typing and computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office required.
- Previous office experience preferred.
- Willingness and capacity to learn Raiser's Edge (fund-raising software) preferred.

Working Conditions:
Pay Rate: Student Rate 1 - $15.00 per hour
