Cleaning Technician-Post-Construction

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Work Schedule: Part-Time, Variable Hours Between Mon- Fri 8:00AM-5:00PM (Flexibility Required)

This position is eligible for Paid Sick and Safe Time (PSST) under the Healthy Families and Workplaces Act. All Employees may also make pre-tax or post-tax (Roth) contributions to our retirement plan - must be 18 years of age to participate.

JOB SUMMARY:

Be part of the final step in bringing construction projects to life. You'll transform newly built spaces into clean, polished, and welcoming environments ready for occupancy.
 

Responsibilities:

• Vacuum carpets, vents, and other surfaces to remove dust and debris.
• Sweep floors, basements, garages, and other designated areas.
• Dust, wash, and polish surfaces to ensure a clean, finished appearance.
• Clean and sanitize tubs, showers, toilets, and other restroom fixtures.
• Remove jobsite trash and construction debris safely and efficiently.
• Lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 35 pounds as needed.
• Operate pressure washing equipment to clean exterior surfaces and designated areas.
• Perform additional cleaning, maintenance, and support duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Reliable transportation with valid DL & insurance
• Computer & Mobile (Smart) phone w/internet access
• Proper identity and work authorization documents
• Strong/Flexible work ethic - Must be dependable, honest, detailed oriented, on-time
• Ability to work between the hours of M-F 8-5 with some flexibility outside of those hours.
• Prior cleaning/construction experience preferred but not mandatory
• Flexibility, an eye for detail and a strong "team" attitude are just as important to us.
