- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and/or commercial spaces including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch surfaces
- Remove trash and replace liners throughout the facility or home
- Follow cleaning checklists and company standards to ensure consistent, quality results
- Safely handle and properly use cleaning products and equipment
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members on-site
- Manage time efficiently to complete jobs within scheduled timeframes
Requirements:
- Prior cleaning, janitorial, or housekeeping experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites in the Milford, DE area
- Dependable, punctual, and professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be able to pass a background check
