Job Description
Post-Construction Cleaning Technician – Apartment Turnovers
We are looking for reliable and hardworking cleaners to perform post-construction cleaning in remodeled apartment units before tenant move-in and final turnover.
Job Duties:
- Clean newly remodeled apartment units after construction work
- Remove construction dust, debris, and trash
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize all areas
- Clean windows, baseboards, doors, walls, and light fixtures
- Detail kitchens, bathrooms, cabinets, and appliances
- Polish floors and wipe down surfaces
- Ensure apartments are move-in ready for final turnover
- Follow safety procedures and company standards
Requirements:
- Ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Previous cleaning or construction cleaning experience preferred
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
