Position Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Shift: 5-hour shift between 5:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.
Hours: 20–25 hours per week
Pay: Starting at $13 per hour, depending on experience
Weekends: None
Holidays: None
Job Duties
The primary purpose of this position is to provide general cleaning and sanitation services throughout the Academic and Auxiliary Services Buildings.
Duties include:
General cleaning and sanitizing of assigned areas
Removing trash and replacing trash liners
Dusting and wiping surfaces
Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms
Vacuuming carpets and rugs
Sweeping and mopping floors
Basic floor care as assigned
Cleaning and maintaining common areas, hallways, and other assigned spaces
Stocking and replenishing toiletries and cleaning supplies
Keeping assigned areas clean, neat, and orderly
Following proper procedures when using cleaning products and equipment
Reporting maintenance issues, spills, or safety concerns as needed
Performing other cleaning duties as assigned
Qualifications: Applicants must:
Pass a required background check. No felony, theft, assault, or drug convictions will be accepted.
Maintain a professional, positive, and dependable attitude.
Be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Follow school policies, procedures, and standards.
Have good organizational and time-management skills.
Be able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
Occasionally lift or move up to 35 pounds.
Be able to hear and understand verbal instructions.
Be able to access and navigate all areas of the school as needed.
