Overview

As a Claims Representative Associate, you will focus on fast track liability, subrogation/lien/tender and PD claims by engaging your analytical skills to make decisions and bring claims to resolution.

How you'll make an impact

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

-  Learn investigation, evaluation, processing, disposition and settlement of claims.
-  Build claims reserve and settlement authority levels, while continuing to grow your career.
-  Collaborate with and acquire information from, claimants, clients, vendors and other resources.
-  Conduct limited investigations, appropriately documents information, evaluate losses and recommend appropriate settlement to conclude claims.
-  Analyze and evaluate various coverages, exposures, injury and damage issues.
-  Maintain effective and ongoing communication with various internal and external contacts.

About You

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
-  High school diploma and a minimum 1 year of related claims experience required
-  Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states in which claims are being handled
-  Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
