About the Claim Your Career Discovery Program    

Claim Your Career offers a unique, immersive experience designed specifically for college sophomores and juniors who are interested in exploring the insurance industry with a focus in the field of claims. This program provides an in-depth look at the dynamic career pathways within claims.  

Participants in the program will engage in a variety of activities, including building connections with employees and executive leadership, touring our Plano, TX office and visiting our interactive training facility. By the end of the program, participants will have a clear understanding of careers in claims and the role of claims at a Fortune 100 Company.  

Claim Your Career will take place on Wednesday, October 29th in Liberty’s Plano, TX Office. This in-person event is for those located in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

As an CYC Program participant, you will get the opportunity to:   

Explore opportunities   

• Learn firsthand about different career paths  

• Build connections with claims leaders and recruiters  

Get a hands-on preview 

• Navigate claims scenarios using our mock house and vehicles   

• Take an exclusive tour of our state-of-the-art training facility  

Through this program, participants will have the opportunity to enhance their business acumen and be prepared to secure a Summer 2025 internship.  

When it starts 

 The externship will take place October 29th, 2025. Applicants who meet basic criteria must complete a virtual interview before being invited to Claim Your Career. This is a highly competitive program with limited space, so be sure to apply today!

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a 4-year university pursuing a bachelor's degree  
• Be available to participate and attend the full length of the program in person  
• Be on track to graduate in 2026, 2027 or 2028 
• You are fully authorized to work in the U.S. without restrictions now and in the future
