Job DetailsJob Location: Jackpot Junction - Morton, MN 56270Position Type: Part-TimeSalary Range: $13.00 - $27.22 HourlyJob Shift: Afternoon/Evening/Late Night (+Weekends)ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Ensure all bars are stocked with adequate amounts of beer, juices, mixes, etc.
Keep liquor room and beer cooler neat and organized.
Inform manager of any breakdowns or malfunctions of equipment.
Assist bartenders with preparation of service (e.g. cut fruit, wash dishes, etc.).
Assist bartenders with end-of-day clean-up of the bar (e.g. mopping, etc.).
Communicate with bartenders regarding their needs, and provide assistance as requested.
Follow department and company-wide policies and procedures.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

QualificationsEXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

Previous bar experience helpful, but not required.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ATTRIBUTES

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of liquor service helpful.
Able to work well with people.
Able to take initiative and work unsupervised.
Neat, professional appearance.

UNIVERSAL REQUIREMENTS

Sensitivity to various cultures, including Native American cultures.
Regular attendance and punctuality.
Able and willing to work any changes in scheduled hours as required.
Serve as a credit to Jackpot Junction Casino Hotel, and encourage others to do the same.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Mobility throughout the facility.
Able to bend and twist repeatedly.
Able to carry up to 40 pounds.
Able to push up to 50 pounds.
