About the Role
SunSoft Online is seeking two experienced CIP Program Managers for a contract engagement with the City of Phoenix Water Services Department. You will manage capital improvement program initiatives for one of the largest municipal water utilities in the country, coordinating projects, stakeholders, budgets, and delivery across a major public infrastructure portfolio.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (required)
• Manager/supervisor-level program or project management experience, capital improvement programs strongly preferred
• Experience with public-sector, utility, or infrastructure capital projects
• Local to the Phoenix metro area (current location must appear on resume), available for in-person interviews within one week, able to start within two weeks of an offer
• W2 only; no C2C; no sponsorship
• HireRight background check required
• Current AZ PE registration preferred

Compensation: $95.00-115.00/hr W2, depending on experience
