Developmental Services Center (DSC) provides comprehensive services across the lifespan-from birth through adulthood-including family development, case management, employment, residential, respite, and community day services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Champaign and Ford Counties. This position is integral to providing residential support services to people in the Champaign County area. In this role, you will provide guidance and supervision, conduct individual and group training programs, general household maintenance and routines, and complete data and records according to individual program plans and Group Home procedures.

•    Grant-funded retention bonuses up to 2 payments for a maximum of $1,600 per fiscal year! (depending on when in the grant year you were hired)

•    $17.50 per hour with an additional $2.00 per hour starting midnight Friday to midnight Sunday. There are also ample overtime opportunities available that could increase the hourly rate to $26.25-$29.25.

DUTIES:
•    Assist with life’s essential activities to start and end the day

REQUIREMENTS:
•    High School Diploma/G.E.D.
•    21 years of age with Valid Driver’s License
•    Must pass fingerprint-based background check
