This is a fixed-term opportunity through to 17^th January 2027, offering flexible shifts throughout the festive season.

No jewellery or retail experience? No problem! If you have a great attitude, enjoy working with people and are eager to learn, we'll provide all the training and support you need to succeed.

What you'll be doing

As part of our Christmas team, you'll:

• Help customers find the perfect jewellery or watch while delivering exceptional, personalised customer service.
• Build confidence, retail skills and product knowledge through on-the-job training and eLearning.
• Maintain beautiful product displays, replenish stock and ensure the store is presented to the highest standard.
• Work alongside an experienced team during the busiest and most exciting retail season of the year.

We're looking for people who:

• Love working with people and providing exceptional customer service.
• Are friendly, confident, reliable and eager to learn.
• Enjoy achieving sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Take pride in creating beautifully presented stores.
• Can work flexible shifts, including weekends, late nights, public holidays, Boxing Day and throughout the Christmas and New Year trading period.
