At Dallas Retirement Village, our Childcare Teachers play an important role in supporting children ages 6 weeks to 5 years through meaningful learning experiences, positive relationships, and engaging daily activities. This is a rewarding opportunity to help build confidence, curiosity, and social-emotional development during some of the most important years of a child's life.

What You'll Do

Childcare Teachers provide a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment where children can learn, explore, and grow.Qualifications: What You Bring

Passion for working with young children
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Patience, compassion, and a positive attitude
Ability to create a safe and engaging learning environment
Experience in childcare or early childhood education preferred
Must be at least 18 years of age
Enrollment in Oregon's Central Background Registry or ability to obtain
CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
Ability to meet Oregon licensing requirements
