Part-time afternoons | M - F; 2 PM - 6 PM OR M - F 12 PM - 6 PM

We're looking for enthusiastic, caring people who want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism as Behavior Technicians, where you'll work one-on-one with children in a supportive, play-based environment, helping them build communication, social, independence, and everyday life skills. (Learn More About the Position via our DITL & ChatRBT Reel Series on Instagram @firststepsforkids)

If you're a preschool teacher, Montessori guide, early childhood educator, or simply someone who has professional experience helping children learn and grow, you already have something incredibly valuable: the ability to connect with kids, meet them where they are, and celebrate the little wins along the way.

We want to build on that foundation by teaching you ABA principles via paid training, hands-on mentorship, and real opportunities to advance your career.

$23 - 25/hr (DOE) to start, with $1/hour increase opportunities multiple times a year

Health & Safety Requirements: 

• Childhood vaccinations (MMR & Varicella) and non-reactive TB test 
• Access to reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, sit on floors and/or child-sized furniture, and quickly move from a seated position to running stance
