No previous child care experience? No problem. We'll provide hands-on training and mentorship to help you succeed.

What You'll Do

• Help create a safe, welcoming environment for children ages infant through 12
• Lead games, crafts, and age-appropriate activities
• Build positive relationships with children and parents
• Learn child supervision and safety best practices
• Keep the Child Watch area clean, organized, and engaging
• Support check-in and check-out procedures
• Work alongside experienced Child Watch leaders
