Job Details: Level: Entry, Job Location: HILLWOOD - NASHVILLE, TN, Position Type: Part Time, Education Level: High School, Salary Range: $15.00 - $20.00Hourly, Travel Percentage: None, Job Shift: Day, Hillwood Country Club, located in the quiet hills of Belle Meade in Nashville TN, is a picturesque haven for our members to enjoy a range of amenities, including our 18-hole golf course and simulator room, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, a two-story fitness facility, multiple dining rooms, premier holiday events, and so much more!

Hillwood is currently hiring Part-Time Child Care Staff Members for our Fitness & Child Care facility. As part of the Child Care team, you’ll help provide a positive and engaging environment for members’ children while their parents workout, take a fitness class, get a massage, or just need a few hours to relax in our sauna and steam rooms

Child Care hours are Friday & Saturday 4:30 PM – 83:0 PM.

What you’ll be doing:

Care for children 6 weeks and older
Observe and maintain proper hygiene of children as needed with toilet training and diaper changing
Attend staff meetings and trainings
Ensure a safe and risk-free environment
Organize and execute activities that involve and entertain children
Build relationships and cooperate with parents
Assist children with food and beverage consumption

Qualifications: How you’ll succeed:

Childcare or babysitting experience is a PLUS
Positive attitude and passion for providing great care is a MUST
