AUTO HAUS is looking for a dedicated Chat Support Agent to join our team, working remotely from Yorktown. This full-time position is perfect for individuals seeking to kickstart their career in the automotive industry. As a Chat Support Agent, you'll play a pivotal role in providing excellent customer service through effective communication and problem resolution.
You'll be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, ensuring they receive timely and accurate information. Your contributions will enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, directly impacting our company's reputation in the automotive sector. We offer a competitive hourly salary ranging from $30 to $35, along with opportunities for growth within the organization.

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through chat in a timely manner
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services
- Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings
- Document customer interactions and follow up as necessary
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge
- Support team goals and contribute positively to team dynamics
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
