These engaged, excited sisters spend time working with chapters to strengthen sisterhood by helping to create environments where lifelong friendship grows! Some consultants travel from chapter to chapter, bringing their skills to existing chapters, while others spend an entire semester establishing an emerging chapter.

As a 2027–2028 Chapter Development Consultant, you’ll do all of this while making a lasting impact on Tri Delta’s chapters. And the best part? Qualifications
A recent collegiate member in good standing of Delta Delta Delta 
Possess a valid Drivers License
Bachelor’s degree required 
Working knowledge of Microsoft operating system and programs 
Handle consistent travel, multiple modes of transportation 
Effective oral and written communication and presentation skills 
Ability to adhere to deadlines 
Leadership experience 
Flexibility and ability to adapt to change

Important Considerations

We do require successful completion of a background check and drug test. If this is a concern, please discuss it with the hiring team during your first interview. 
The role involves significant travel and driving, which will require successful completion of a Motor Vehicle Records check.
