Starpoint is seeking THREE Host Home Providers in Chaffee County!
Open your home to an adult with an intellectual or developmental disability and help them live safely and independently in their community.
Immediate Need:
- 3 Host Home Providers
- 2 homes must be accessible for individuals who use walkers or wheelchairs

Requirements
Colorado Host Home Provider Requirements:
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Own or rent a safe, stable home that meets Colorado Host Home certification standards
- Pass required criminal background checks
- Complete required training and certification prior to providing services
- Be able to provide a supportive, healthy, and inclusive home environment
