Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Home Health
Per Diem (PRN)
📍 West Valley, Arizona
Billet Health is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing Home Health team serving the West Valley.
As a Home Health CNA, you'll provide one-on-one care to patients in the comfort of their homes while working alongside RN Case Managers and the Director of Nursing to support individualized plans of care.

Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Provide bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, and transfer assistance
- Support patient care under the Home Health plan of care
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition
- Promote patient safety and comfort in the home setting
- Communicate effectively with RN Case Managers and clinical leadership
- Follow infection control and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Active Arizona CNA license
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- CPR or BLS certification
- Current TB documentation (skin test within 1 year or chest X-ray within 5 years)
- Home Health experience preferred but not required
