Schedule: Full-Time | Night Shift
Weekend Coverage: Rotating Weekends Required
Compensation: $17.00–$22.00 per hour

Centurion Health is proud to partner with the Georgia Department of Corrections to provide comprehensive healthcare services across the state. We are currently seeking a Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Medical Intensive Infirmary (MII) team at Johnson State Prison in Wrightsville, Georgia.

The Medical Intensive Infirmary is a specialized unit that provides care for patients with complex medical and chronic healthcare needs. This role is ideal for CNAs who enjoy hands-on patient care, teamwork, and working in a structured, supportive clinical environment.

QualificationsMinimum Qualifications

High school diploma or GED equivalent required.

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.

One (1) year of experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, residential care, a physician practice, or correctional healthcare preferred.

Current PPD documentation for tuberculosis screening.

Current CPR and AED certification.

Ability to pass a background investigation and obtain facility security clearance.
