Augusta Health and Rehabilitation is looking for dependable, compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our nursing team on the PM shift.
We are currently hiring for Full-Time and Part-Time PM positions.
- PM Shift: $20.00/hr
- Full-Time and Part-Time positions available
- Every other weekend and rotating holidays
We're a small, community-focused skilled nursing and assisted living campus where relationships matter. Our CNAs are an important part of the care team and spend their days getting to know the residents they care for, supporting their needs, and helping make AHR feel like home.
What You'll Do
As a CNA, you'll work closely with residents and the nursing team to provide hands-on care and support throughout the shift.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing compassionate, hands-on care to residents
- Assisting with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Answering call lights and responding to residents' needs
- Assisting with meals and encouraging independence whenever possible
- Observing and reporting changes in residents' condition to the nursing team
- Completing accurate documentation
- Working as part of a team to provide safe, respectful, and quality care
- Building positive relationships with residents and their families
What We're Looking For
- Current Wisconsin CNA certification and active placement on the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry
- Dependable and compassionate approach to resident care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently while also being a supportive team member
- Commitment to treating residents and coworkers with dignity and respect
- Previous long-term care experience is welcome, but we're happy to talk with qualified CNAs who are newer to the field

Located in a quiet, private residential neighborhood, our attentive community offers 50 nursing home beds and 12 assisted living beds in easy-access residential rooms on one floor.
Silver Leaf of Augusta is our assisted living facility nestled in the woods of North Augusta, adjacent to Augusta Health and Rehabilitation. SilverLeaf is a Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF).
We are committed to, and legendary for, a high level of care with a personal approach. We accommodate the needs of every individual, making their experience as comfortable and memorable as possible.
Residents at Augusta Health and Rehabilitation have three delicious meals prepared for them each day. We also have a chapel on-site for residents to utilize, as well as scheduled services for residents to attend to promote spiritual health. Additionally, Augusta Health and Rehabilitation has beautiful courtyards and outdoor spaces for our residents to enjoy.
