Job Details: Job Location: Heritage Woods of Mt. Vernon - Mt Vernon, IL, Position Type: Part Time, Salary Range: $18.00 - $19.00Hourly, Job Shift: 2nd shift, Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan
Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity
Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team
Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience
Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences
Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information
Perform any other duties as assigned
Qualifications: Qualifications:
High School graduate or GED equivalent required
Current certification from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity

Heritage Woods provides a wonderful alternative to a nursing home or to struggling alone at home for older adults. It is especially designed to benefit those who do not have the financial resources to afford market rate assisted living.
The community, which opened in June 2007, is managed by Gardant Management Solutions, the largest provider of affordable assisted living in Illinois. The community is owned by Hunt and Bill Bonan of Peoples National Bank and Market Street Bancshares.
