Job DetailsJob Location: Yorkville, IL 60560Position Type: Part TimeSalary Range: $17.00 - $18.50 HourlyJob Shift: 2nd shiftResponsibilities:
Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan
Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity
Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team
Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience
Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences
Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information
Perform any other duties as assigned
QualificationsQualifications:
High School graduate or GED equivalent required
Current certification from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity

Yorkville is nestled along the Fox River in the heart of Kendall County, approximately 50 miles west of Chicago, near the communities of Oswego, Plano, Montgomery and Sugar Grove.
Fully certified through the Illinois Supportive Living Program, Heritage Woods of Yorkville is designed to serve adults 65 and older of all incomes who may need some help to maintain their independence.
Financial assistance is available for those who do not have the resources to afford our monthly fee. Older adults who are on Medicaid or who only receive Social Security benefits can qualify for residency.
