What You'll Do

• Administer medications accurately and safely
• Monitor residents closely and report changes promptly
• Stay in close communication with nurses, families, and the broader care team
• Support residents through daily routines within a memory care setting

Required Qualifications

• Active Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification
• Minimum age 18
• At least 1 year of relevant experience
• English communication skills
• A collaborative, team-oriented mindset
