As a Vironix Patient Care Coordinator, you'll:
- Meet patients on-site at partner clinics and get them set up with home health monitoring tools
- Check in with patients remotely by phone or video, reviewing their vitals and following up on how they're doing
- Work a genuinely flexible, hybrid schedule you help shape weeks in advance
