Certified Caregiver

  Description of Role:

Always Best Care Senior Services Seeks to Build a Core Team of Experienced Caregivers, and Currently Have All Shifts Available. Our Caregivers Will Provide Excellent and Compassionate 1:1 Care for Clients in Their Homes in Edmonds, Woodway, Mountlake Terrace, Lynnwood, Alderwood, Bothell, Picnic Point, Shoreline, Lake Forest Park, Kenmore, Mukilteo, Everett, and Kenmore.The Caregiver Will Provides Assistance and Support to Our Clients in Their Daily Activities, Promoting Their Independence and Well-being.

Full time, part time and a variety of schedules.

Schedules: Day and Evening – Specific Hours Based on Client Needs and Caregiver Availability

Pay Range: $22-$25 per Hour Depending on Experience

Position Responsibilities:

1. Develop Strong Relationships with Clients
2. Assist Clients with Activities of Daily Living Such As Dressing, Grooming, Eating, and Bathroom Needs
3. Light Housekeeping to Promote a Safe and Clean Environment for Resident’s Home
4. Transportation to Appointments and Shopping
5. Companionship & Supervision

Requirements:

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Care Aide (HCA) License

Previous Care Experience Preferred

Two References Required

Must Be at Least 18 Years Old

Must Pass Background Check and Medical Clearance Prior to Hire

Work Authorization Required

Two References Required 

Ability to Communicate Effectively and Build Rapport with Clients.

Physical Stamina and Strength to Perform the Duties of the Role.

Reliable Transportation and a Valid Driver's License

Maintains Current State Driver’s License and a Dependable Insured Automobile

Covid-19 Vaccine Strongly Preferred

Must Have Effective Oral and Written English Communication Skills to Work with Clients/Families
