Operating since 2006, we have provided personal care, companion care, and homemaker assistance. Our clients include men, women, and children of all ages. CAREGIVER/CNA/HHA BENEFITS INCLUDED:
Competitive pay rates - based on skills and experience.
- Health and Dental benefits for full time caregivers (30 hours or more)

CAREGIVER/CNA/HHA QUALIFICATIONS
Must be able to travel
- Must speak and understand English
- Must be able to pass a background check
- One (1) year minimum experience in the home or long-term care setting is required.
- Able to utilize a smartphone based app
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Must have a Vehicle and Auto Insurance
- Punctual and dependable
*For Boston Ad: - A valid drivers license (Strongly Preferred)
- Access to or own a Vehicle and Auto Insurance (Strongly Preferred)
CAREGIVER/CNA/HHA RESPONSIBILITIES
- Keep our clients smiling at home by supporting their daily needs - taking initiative about
- Companionship and engagement
- Maintaining their health and safety at home through providing high quality personal care, and monitoring their environment for safety risks.
- Follow an individualized, written Plan of Care to support our clients with personal hygiene, ambulation and exercise, eating, dressing, bathing, shaving, physical transfer, and other duties as assigned.
- Shopping, running errands, meal preparation, and light house-keeping.
Hours: Dependent on specific case(s); Shifts available 24 hours a day, 7 days per week and based on availability. Assisting Hands does not guarantee hours.

We embrace technology to help family members stay connected with loved ones through our secure family portal - allowing real-time online access to care notes after every shift, and we regularly communicate with family, other health care professionals and care providers to ensure the highest continuity of care in the industry. Assisting Hands has been awarded a Provider of Choice in the Boston area for two years in a row by Home Care Pulse - which means our clients are happy with the support we provide!
Our focus is to ensure all is being done to keep our clients Thriving at Home. This means we mind all the details on what is needed to help avoid hospitalizations, maintain our client's independence and provide well-matched caregivers who are qualified and trained to provide the highest quality in-home support.
