Entry Qualifications:

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant required.
• Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant licensure in the state of practice required

ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS• Associates Degree from a AOTA accredited program• Licensed COTA if required by state law

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESn/a

Agrees to adhere to and oversee communication of privacy guidelines relative to the confidentiality of residents' protected health information.
