Are You Booster’s Next Centralized Lead Qualifier?

As a Centralized Lead Qualifier on Booster’s Revenue team, you’ll help create a seamless experience for prospective customers while supporting several initiatives that help Booster reach and serve more schools.

You’ll be one of the first points of contact for inbound prospects—managing and qualifying leads, identifying the right Booster solution for their needs, and connecting qualified opportunities with the appropriate sales team. You’ll also support Commercial and MyBooster sales efforts, contribute to Booster’s social media presence, and help create resources that equip our Field Sales teams. This role is a great fit for someone who is an excellent communicator, highly organized, comfortable talking with prospective customers, and excited by a role that blends sales, relationship-building, administrative work, and creativity.

How You’ll Impact Booster’s Mission:

• Manage and qualify inbound leads: Monitor incoming leads, filter non-sales inquiries, route opportunities to the appropriate owners, enter leads received through other channels, and maintain accurate information within our CRM.
• Connect prospects with the right solution: Communicate with prospective customers through calls, texts, and emails to understand their needs, determine fit, schedule discovery meetings with Account Executives, and maintain engagement throughout the qualification process.
• Redirect alternative opportunities: Develop an understanding of Booster’s broader products and solutions and help prospective clients who aren't a fit for our traditional program identify other potential options. Connect appropriate prospects with internal teams and potential pilot opportunities.
• Support Commercial and MyBooster sales: Prepare for and lead virtual sales conversations, communicate with prospective buyers, send follow-up materials and contracts, maintain accurate records, and connect new clients with the teams that will support their partnership.
• Support Sales projects and resources: Organize data, create and update presentations and resources, proofread sales materials, and provide project support that equips Field Sales teams to engage prospective customers effectively.
• Collaborate across teams: Partner with Marketing, Sales, Account Executives, Research & Development, and other teams to improve the inbound lead experience, share insights, and identify opportunities to strengthen processes and workflows.

Compensation: $18-$23/hour + commission

Location: Remote

Work Hours: Part time (15-20 hours/week)
