Job Details: Job Location: CENTRAL PHOENIX - PHOENIX, AZ, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Are you a strong Server or Bartender who has thought about getting into restaurant management—but aren’t ready to completely give up serving or bartending? This could be an opportunity for you!

As a Front of House Lead, you'll work alongside our management team to learn more about running successful shifts, coaching employees, handling guest concerns, making operational decisions, and leading a team. You’ll have the opportunity to continue working Server and/or Bartender shifts while also working Lead shifts to develop and strengthen your leadership skills. This is an opportunity to continue earning in the roles you already know while intentionally building toward your next step. If management is your goal, we want to help you get there!

We will work with you to create an individual development plan focused on the skills and experience you need to become a successful Spinato’s manager. You’ll receive hands-on coaching and opportunities to develop in areas such as:

Shift leadership and decision-making
Coaching and developing team members
Guest recovery and problem-solving
FOH deployment and shift execution
Labor and operational awareness
Opening and closing responsibilities
Leadership communication and accountability

Key Responsibilities

Lead by example and consistently deliver exceptional hospitality.
Support the Manager on Duty with shift execution and team communication.
Help coordinate FOH positions including hosts, bussers, cashiers, servers, and bartenders.
Coach, train, and support FOH team members throughout the shift.
Help manage table flow, wait times, and service bottlenecks.
Step in wherever the team needs support during high-volume periods.
Address and help resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of all FOH areas.
Reinforce Spinato’s policies, procedures, and service standards.
Help create a positive, respectful, accountable, and team-focused environment.
Assist with opening, closing, and other operational responsibilities as assigned.
Depending on your experience and availability, you’ll still have opportunities to work Server and/or Bartender shifts while developing as a Lead.

Qualifications: We’re looking for someone who:

Has experience as a Server, Bartender, or Front of House team member.
Is interested in leadership and restaurant management.

Previous leadership experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate with the right attitude, work ethic, and potential.

Required Certifications

Current Food Handler Certification required.
AZ Alcohol Certification required.
