Salary/Position Classification

• $15.00 hourly, Non-Exempt (Eligible for overtime)
• 5-10 hours per week
• 100% Remote Work Availability: No
• Hybrid Work Availability (requires some time on campus): No

Purpose of Position

• This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Grade student homework and exams.
• Grade assignments for CE 421/521: Hydrology, which is offered by the Department of Civil Engineering.
• Grading feedback and grades must be posted on Blackboard within a week after the assignment submission deadline to ensure timely feedback to students.

Minimum Requirements

• Ability to apply grading standards and rubrics impartially and consistently across all submissions.
• Deep knowledge in civil engineering
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback
• Have passed CE421/521or equivalence, with a grade of B or higher.
• Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check
