CDL Trucking Instructor - Part Time - Monday-Thursday

Job Details: Job Location: TATS Freeland, MI - Freeland, MI, Salary Range: Undisclosed, CDL INSTRUCTOR – PART TIME - MONDAY-THURSDAY - 8-4:30 

24-32 Hours a week

CDL A driver to teach CDL B classes - classes are 2 weeks long, back to back, year round.*

*While we have back to back admissions, there may be sessions that we do not have students.
CDL Instructor: Requirements:

2 years or more of recent truck driving experience
Valid State of Michigan CDL A - no restrictions Driver’s License
Must have or be able to qualify for a State of Michigan Driver’s Education Certificate in Truck Driving Training
Instructors must have a current CDL DOT Medical Card
Must be able to work both indoors and outdoors, in all weather, with extended periods of time standing and sitting
Must be able to get in and out of Semi Tractor/Trailers and perform all driving related duties
Patience, flexibility and a willingness to learn
