Job Description
We are seeking dependable, professional, and experienced CDL Drivers to join our snow removal team. Candidates must have a strong work ethic and a commitment to safety.
Requirements:
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record
- Drug-free and able to pass required screenings
- Minimum of 2 seasons of commercial snow plowing experience
- Prior experience operating snow plows, snow blowers, and applying deicing/salting products
- Experience supervising other laborers
- Skilled in training team members on site-specific needs, safe equipment operation, and safety protocols
- Comfortable navigating between job sites
- Able to communicate and interact professionally with clients and crew members
Position Details:
- On-call availability 24/7 during snow events
- Must be able to work long shifts and extended hours as needed, including nights, weekends, and holidays

We are also professional snow removal specialists, and Greg was the very first person to become a CERTIFIED SNOW PROFESSIONAL [CSP] in Iowa. Currently, there are only two CSP’s in all of IOWA and less than 225 throughout the United States.
