Availability Requirements
We’re looking for caregivers who can commit to at least 20 hours per week and have dependable availability. Flexibility is key to receiving regular shifts.
You must be open to working every other Saturday OR every other Sunday and be available for at least ONE of the following schedules:

• Mornings: 7:00 AM–12:00 PM, at least 5 days per week
• Days: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM, at least 3 days per week
•  Evenings: 2:00 PM–1:00 AM, at least 5 days per week
• Overnights: 7:00 PM–7:00 AM, at least 3 nights per week
• Weekends: At least 8 hours on Saturday AND 8 hours on Sunday

The more availability and flexibility you can offer, the more opportunities we can provide for regular shifts!
What We’re Looking For
To be considered, you’ll need:

• At least 6 months of personal or professional caregiving experience
• Current TB clearance
• Current First Aid & CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license and car insurance
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English
• Willingness to drive 20+ miles each way to client homes when needed
• A caring, reliable, and professional attitude

Flexibility = More Opportunities
Our clients live throughout Scottsdale and the surrounding communities. Caregivers who are willing to travel 20 miles or more each way have access to more shift opportunities and may also qualify for higher hourly pay for clients in select areas.
