We are looking for professional, service-oriented Catering Sandwich Maker to help us continue that tradition.

The catering sandwich maker works in a fast-paced kitchen or deli environment. They focus on large-scale food production, precise prep work, and timely assembly for corporate events, parties, and daily catering requests

Catering Production: Follow recipes and checklists to prep and assemble large orders of sandwiches, box lunches, and platters efficiently.

Ingredient Prep: Wash, slice, chop, and portion meats, cheeses, breads, and fresh vegetables.

Packaging & Presentation: Neatly wrap, box, and label catering orders for delivery or pickup.

Sanitation & Safety: Maintain a clean workspace, sanitize utensils, and follow strict food safety and health codes.

Inventory Control: Stock stations, monitor ingredient levels, and inform managers of supply shortages

Qualifications:
Experience: Previous food service, line cook, or deli experience is preferred, though entry-level candidates with strong foundational skills are often trained on the job.
Organization: Strong multi-tasking and time-management skills to handle high-volume catering demands.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long shifts and lift heavy boxes of food inventory up to 50lb
Availability:  Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Teamwork: Positive attitude and ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff and delivery coordinators
