Job Details: Job Location: Downingtown Country Club - Downingtown, PA, Position Type: Part Time, Education Level: None, Salary Range: $14.00 - $16.00Hourly, Job Category: Catering Bartender, Downingtown Country Club is looking for a skilled Banquet Bartender to join the team! In this position, you'll work with an energetic group of people to ensure that all our guests have a delicious drink and leave event with wonderful memories.

Responsibilities:
Provide prompt and efficient customer service
Maintains a supply of all bar products/supplies, including all glassware
Assures that all laws applicable to beverage operations are consistently followed
Monitor guest experience and take appropriate action to assure the best customer service
Prepares garnishes, mixes and pre-mixed drinks
Adhering to sanitation, safety and alcohol beverage control policies including confirming legal drinking age and discontinuing service to intoxicated guests
Perform other duties as assigned
Working Conditions:
18 + years old
Employee must be able to lift/handle up to 20 lbs. occasionally
Work extended hours during golf and holiday seasons
Work weekends and holidays
Physical activity for long periods of time including standing, walking, bending, and carrying
Operate food service equipment and clean food service areas
Fast paced high traffic areas with a moderate noise level
Qualifications: Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skill Requirements:
1. A thorough understanding and background in a bar / tavern / casual dining service
2. Must be of legal age to serve liquor according to state law
3. Possess excellent customer service skills
4. Must be dependable
5. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
6. Working knowledge of beer, wine, and liquor and common drink recipes
7. Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
8. Ability to operate computerized cash register system
