EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Required
Minimum 16 years of age (State Minor Laws Supersede)
Preferred
Prior experience in restaurant or customer service role
Physical Requirements
Able to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
Able to lift up to 25–50 lbs. occasionally
Comfortable with repetitive hand movements and general activity

Tom had begun his Taco Bell career years before as a fry cook and, at the time, held the position of Franchise Consultant with Taco Bell Corporation working with franchisees like Dennis. Tom was
passionate about Taco Bell and wanted to become a franchisee, so they agreed to work together on building a franchise. Since that first restaurant, the company has grown to more than 270 Taco Bell restaurants operating in several States and has a view toward continued growth. Yum!
