What You’ll Do

Deliver Exceptional Guest Service

Warmly greet and assist guests as they enter or exit the parking facility.
Answer questions clearly and professionally regarding parking rates, payment options, directions, and general property information.
Provide helpful guidance to guests while maintaining a friendly and courteous demeanor.
Assist guests with special needs or concerns by providing thoughtful, respectful support.
Create a positive first and last impression through attentive and professional service.

Process Payments Accurately

Collect and process parking payments accurately using the designated cashier system.
Issue receipts, tickets, validations, or related documentation as required.
Balance cash, credit card transactions, and related records according to company procedures.
Report payment discrepancies, equipment issues, or guest concerns to a supervisor promptly.

Represent AAA Parking Professionally

Maintain a clean, polished, and professional appearance in accordance with AAA Parking standards.
Keep the cashier booth, payment area, and surrounding workspace clean, organized, safe, and inviting.
Consistently represent both AAA Parking and our hotel partner with professionalism.

Be a Team Player

Work closely with valet attendants, parking team members, supervisors, and hotel staff to support smooth guest flow.
Communicate effectively with teammates throughout each shift regarding traffic volume, guest concerns, and operational needs.
Support fellow team members during busy periods, special events, and peak arrival or departure times.

Prioritize Safety & Security

Follow all safety, security, and cash-handling procedures to protect guests, team members, company funds, and property.
Immediately report accidents, injuries, payment concerns, equipment issues, or other incidents to a supervisor.
Remain alert to traffic flow, pedestrian safety, and activity around the cashier or parking area.

Qualifications: Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Previous cashier, parking, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
Ability to accurately handle cash, credit card transactions, receipts, validations, and related records.
Strong attention to detail and ability to balance transactions according to company procedures.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor.
Ability to remain calm, courteous, and professional in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable and dependable, with a strong commitment to punctuality and attendance.
Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and special events as business needs require.
Ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift as required by the location.
Ability to maintain a clean, polished, and professional appearance.
Must be able to follow safety, security, and cash-handling procedures responsibly.
Ability to successfully complete any required background checks.

Hours: 2nd Shift - (3:00pm - 11:00pm)
