Position ExpectationsAs a Cashier/Guest Services Team Member, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities include:
- Thriving in a fast-paced environment
- Maintaining strong menu and product knowledge
- Greeting guests with a friendly, welcoming attitude
- Taking customer orders and accurately entering them into the POS system
- Handling cash and card transactions with accuracy
- Providing outstanding customer service by addressing questions and resolving concerns professionally
- Assisting with food preparation and ensuring timely order delivery
- Keeping the dining area clean, organized, and inviting
- Working collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Supporting Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation fundraising initiatives
