Cashier / Front of House

Pay Estimated at $20 to $22 per hour (base pay of $18/hour plus tips)

Whiplash Holdings LLC is the exclusive franchise partner bringing Starbird Chicken to Colorado, with several locations launching in the near future. Starbird was founded in 2016, and our vision from the beginning was to re-invent the traditional fast food experience.

Position Overview:
As a Front of House team member, you’ll be the face of the guest experience: Taking orders, serving food, and ensuring that every visit is memorable. You’ll bring Starbird’s core values to life through exceptional hospitality and high-energy teamwork.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a friendly and positive attitude
• Take and accurately enter orders using our point-of-sale system
• Serve food and beverages promptly
• Keep the dining area, lobby, and restrooms clean and inviting
• Proactively respond to guest needs and resolve issues with professionalism
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

• Must be available for weekend and holiday shifts
