Pay Estimated at $20 to $23 per hour (base pay of $18/hour plus tips)

Position Overview:
As a Front of House team member, you’ll be the face of the guest experience: Taking orders, serving food, and ensuring that every visit is memorable. You’ll bring Starbird’s core values to life through exceptional hospitality and high-energy teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a friendly and positive attitude
- Take and accurately enter orders using our point-of-sale system
- Serve food and beverages promptly
- Keep the dining area, lobby, and restrooms clean and inviting
- Proactively respond to guest needs and resolve issues with professionalism
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

- Adaptable and able to handle fast-paced environments
- Must be available for weekend and holiday shifts
