At Ms Clucks, hospitality is intentional, elevated, and deeply personal. We are seeking polished, professional Cashier who understand that great service is more than taking orders — it’s guiding an experience.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Deliver a warm, attentive, and meaningful connection with guests and anticipate their needs.
• Ensure every order is accurate and thoughtfully delivered
• Confidently navigate our food, wine, beer, and cocktail menus
• Offer informed recommendations and beverage pairings
• Use Toast POS efficiently and consistently
• Execute refined steps of service, including proper glassware and plate presentation
• Maintain a clean, organized dining room throughout service
• Assist with opening, closing, and restocking duties
• Communicate proactively with management regarding guest feedback
• Uphold safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards
• Additional duties as required.

Requirements

• Experienced in upscale or fine dining service (preferred)
• Knowledgeable and passionate about food, wine, and hospitality
• Polished, professional, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable managing multiple tables in a fast-paced setting
• A team player who thrives on collaboration
• Committed to creating exceptional guest experiences
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays??
• Able to stand for the entirety of an 8+ hour shift, lift and transport items in excess of 50lbs, kneel, bend, lift items above head, and work in small or cramped spaces.
