HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

 All LCSNW team members will contribute to our mission of partnering with individuals, families and communities for health, justice and hope. This role works with a variety of clients, program staff and district leadership to ensure consistent operations for the LCSNW offices/teams and helps to create and maintain a positive, organized and efficient office environment by collaborating and communicating effectively with staff and clients.

• Greet and direct clients and visitors in a cordial and professional manner. 

• Monitors staff/visitor access and maintains security awareness. Including maintaining building access including keys, alarm codes and alarm systems. 

• Answers multi-line telephones, route calls, take messages, and provide information about programs offered to clients. 

• Maintains and monitors the office’s shared conference rooms & scheduling calendars.  

• Responsible for maintaining and purchasing staff and general office supplies. 

• Receives and distributes mail and deliveries. 

• Codes and directs monthly invoices to district leadership and accounts payable.  

• Serves on district committees throughout the year associated with district functions including acting as the local safety committee representative. 

• Other office duties as assigned. 

HOW YOU WILL BE A GREAT FIT:

• 2 years of related experience in administrative, clerical or office operations. This position requires highly organized person who is proficient with details and following through.  

• Skilled in planning and prioritizing work effectively, working independently and with minimal supervision. 

• Skilled in effectively operating standard office equipment including personal computers and related software. 

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and partners.  

• Experience working in social services, with diverse populations in a multicultural setting. 

• HS diploma or equivalent   

• Credentials may be required depending on individual program or location requirements 

• Fluency in English, both spoken and written 

• Intermediate mastery of business applications and productivity suites  

• Demonstrates resilience, awareness and self-regulation in navigating challenges, conflict and obstacles/barriers. 

• Thrives in a diverse and multicultural environment; works with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to enhance end-user experiences throughout the service lifecycle 

• Demonstrates exceptional commitment to serving and advocating for diverse and marginalized populations 

• Successfully completes tasks in a moderately noisy environment 

• Interacts with others and performs tasks in-person and using technology, with moderate periods of stationary activity and minimal periods of increased physical activity including and not limited to moving boxes, IT equipment, mail and office supplies. 

• Moves equipment/materials weighing up to 50 pounds. 

• Travels between worksites occasionally. 

• Works in a variety of settings, including and not limited to LCSNW office locations, partner agency and community-based settings, client home/community settings, outdoor settings in varying weather conditions, and faith-based settings such as churches 

• Meets LCSNW criminal background clearance requirements and other job-relevant clearances as required by the State or program
